Uniforms that are part of the identity

Whether you are a kid or an adult, the necessity of a uniform may come up at times. Uniform is a particular set of clothes that signify your membership and active participation in an organization and its activities. Here are a few examples of the common categories of uniforms.

School uniform – Most of the schools across the globe have a distinct uniform for their students. It may be a set of clothes along with the school badge or the school logo.

Service uniform – Whether it is the public or the private sector, many services have specific uniforms. There are uniforms for police personnel, firefighters, postal workers, security guards working in the public sector. In the private sector, airline employees, health instructors, hotel and restaurant employees, and many others may have a particular set of clothes to wear.

Sports uniform – Commonly called jerseys, each team playing a sport has a particular set of clothes. This is evident in most of the team sports like football, cricket, basketball, hockey, and such others.
